Privacy on Future Feed events

What we collect. When you say you're going to an event, your name and email. When you sign up for the Monday email, your email. Organisers who book a featured event give us their name, organisation and email; payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see card details.

Why. To put you on the guest list, send you the event details and a calendar invite, and, if you ticked it, send the Monday events email.

Who sees it. If you leave "Show my first name on the guest list" ticked, your first name and initial appear on that event's page. Your email is never shown. We pass your name and email to an event's organiser only if you ticked "The organiser can email me about this event". We don't sell your details.

Your choices. Every Monday email has an unsubscribe link. Every confirmation email has a link to take yourself off the guest list. To see or delete everything we hold about you, email events@futurefeed.to and we'll do it within 30 days.

How long. Guest lists are kept for 12 months after the event. Monday email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.
